The giveaway will be valid from Friday 21 February to Sunday 2 March 2025 at 23:59 h, inclusive. We will announce the winner on Monday 3 March 2025.
NOTE: At no time will you be asked to register or provide personal data or payment details to participate. If a profile contacts you asking for this, please report it on Instagram and block the user. If you win, we will contact you via private message and ask you for the necessary details to send you the prize.
Terms and conditions of the giveaway (the ‘giveaway’)
This Giveaway will take place in its entirety from Friday 21st February to Sunday 2nd March 2025, 23.59 CET by Padel Addict.
Unless otherwise stipulated, this Giveaway is free of charge and subject only to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
By registering and participating in this Giveaway, you (‘Participant’, or ‘You’) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent that you meet all of the eligibility requirements listed below. If participants do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, they may not participate in the Giveaway.
CLAUSE 1.- ORGANISATION
On the dates indicated below, Padel Addict is organising a free giveaway in accordance with the terms and conditions described herein.
Carchia does not act as the operator of this giveaway under any circumstances.
CLAUSE 2.- ELIGIBILITY
1.1 You acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) at the time of entry and that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Please note that Padel Addict will not be responsible if Participants are not legally entitled to participate in the Giveaway due to national or local laws.
1.3 Giveaway valid for Europe.
CLAUSE 3.- GIVEAWAY PERIOD
This Giveaway begins on 21 February 2025 and ends on 2 March 2025, at 23:59 CET (‘Giveaway Period’). Entries received after that date will not be considered for the giveaway.
CLAUSE 4.- RULES OF THE GIVEAWAY AND PARTICIPATION
4.1 Participation in this Giveaway is only possible through Instagram (‘Platform’). To participate in this Giveaway, it is necessary to have an account on the Platform. Participants may only participate in the Giveaway from a single profile on the Platform. This Giveaway is not linked to the Platform and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the Platform, nor is it associated with it in any way. Your use of the Platform is subject to the Platform’s Terms of Use, for more details see here. Padel Addict declines all responsibility in the event that the User breaches the Platform’s Terms of Use.
4.2 To participate in this Giveaway, you must follow these 3 steps:

Please also make sure that your Platform account is publicly accessible so that it is possible to contact you in case you are drawn as a winner. Only if you follow all the steps of the procedure described can you participate in the Giveaway.
4.3 Padel Addict is not responsible for the actions of the Participant in the giveaway process. Especially if other accounts are mentioned (tagged), Padel Addict assumes no responsibility for the compliance of third parties or any Participant. Comments or opinions whose content is deemed inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory, or that may violate the rights of third parties, will not be allowed. If it becomes apparent that any of the Participants has not complied with the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, or that the data provided for participation is not valid, the participation will be considered void and the Participant will be automatically excluded from the Giveaway, losing all rights to the prize or prizes offered in the Giveaway. Padel Addict reserves the right to determine alternative winners by conducting subsequent random giveaways until the required number of winners is determined.
CLAUSE 5.- SELECTION PROCESS
5.1 Entries for the giveaway close on 2 March 2025, at 23.59 CET and winners will be selected at random from all correct entries made up to that point.
5.2 The winners of this Giveaway will be informed on the Platform via direct message within 3 days. Any information necessary for Padel Addict to carry out this Giveaway (for example, the winner’s delivery address) will also be provided via a direct message on the Platform.
5.3 If you are a winner, please wait to receive our message and reply by sending us your full name, email address, telephone number and the delivery address to which you would like us to send the prize. The contact details you provide will be used to notify you and deliver your prize, so please ensure that they are correct.
5.4 Padel Addict undertakes to make reasonable efforts to maintain adequate hardware and software service for the Giveaway and shall not be liable for: late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries; telephone, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties; transmission errors; attempted but unsuccessful prize notification submissions; any loss suffered by any person participating or attempting to participate in the Giveaway, whether the entry is lost, not sent, incorrectly processed or not successful.
CLAUSE 6.- THE PRIZE
6.1 There will be one winner who will win a HEAD Coello Pro 2025.
The prize will be sent by post to the delivery address we receive from the winner of the Giveaway. Carchia will bear the cost of shipping the prize.
6.2 Carchia reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of similar value.
6.3 The winner may refuse any prize awarded to them.
6.4 No cash alternatives will be offered and the prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
6.5 If the winner does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, they will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and Padel Addict reserves the right to determine an alternative winner based on a second random selection.
6.6 The Giveaway will be carried out at the sole discretion of Padel Addict. Padel Addict’s decision in relation to all matters related to the Giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.7 Recourse to the courts is excluded.
CLAUSE 7.- INFORMATION COLLECTION AND DATA PROTECTION
7.1 General: For more information and details on data processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Padel Addict (‘Data Controller’) hereby notifies that all personal data mentioned in sections 3 and 4 of these General Terms and Conditions will be processed by Padel Addict for the purpose of organising and conducting the Giveaway (e.g. to contact the winner).
7.2 Duration of storage: Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of the Giveaway and, therefore, for the purposes of contractual execution. Padel Addict will delete the personal data of the winners 7 years after the end of the calendar year in which the prize was received or, where appropriate, until the expiry of the warranty, limitation and legal retention periods valid for Padel Addict and/or beyond this until the end of any legal dispute in which the data is required as evidence.
7.3 Individual rights: Participants have the right to information about their stored personal data, to the deletion and rectification of stored data concerning them, to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data, if such consent has been given, and to data portability. Participants also have the right to object to the processing of their personal data. To exercise any of these rights, Participants may send a request to info@padeladdict.com indicating which right they refer to. In addition, Participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
7.4 Participant’s obligations: The Participant hereby expressly guarantees that personal data (including images of third parties) will only be transferred to Padel Addict in accordance with applicable national and European data protection legislation. The Participant guarantees that, before disclosing personal data of any other third party, they will ensure that said third party has received all the information on data protection contained in these General Conditions.
CLAUSE 8.- PLACE OF JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
8.1 These General Conditions are subject exclusively to Spanish legislation, provided that it does not contravene any mandatory legislation.
8.2 Any legal issues that arise in relation to the execution of and participation in this giveaway will be dealt with exclusively by the relevant courts in the place of jurisdiction of the headquarters of Padel Addict, provided that this does not contravene any mandatory legislation. However, Padel Addict may also choose to go to the courts of the Participant’s place of residence.
8.3 If any of the clauses of these General Conditions is found to be totally or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected.
