Some brands are already presenting their new products for the 2025 season and one of the most anticipated is always NOX, which has already presented its new collection of padel rackets. A series of rackets for their best players, with different models and features that make the Spanish firm’s catalogue once again full of alternatives for all tastes.

The great attraction in the new NOX padel rackets collection for 2025 is once again Agustín Tapia, number 2 in the FIP ranking and an idol of the masses. His AT10s are once again in the spotlight, although Miguel Lamperti, as a mythical reference, continues to play a leading role. The growth of Leo Augsburger and Tino Libaak, who are already important figures in padel and, of course, the ‘Viking’, Aranza Osoro.

Materials and technologies in the NOX rackets for 2025

Apart from their shape, the main difference between some of the models in the collection are the materials and technologies, which change their performance on court. That is why it is important to explain how these products work in order to understand the variants that exist within what the firm has presented.

The first thing is the carbons, as each brand has its own way of working. In the case of NOX, 12K carbon is stiffer than 18K, so it has more reactivity and hardness. Some are aluminised to reduce changes in ball feel caused by temperature.

As for rubbers, they range from MLD Black Eva (with different densities), to the mythical HR3, where we find Soft, Hard and Color EVA. They also have other alternatives such as HR2 or EV50, to offer more alternatives.

The technologies that stand out the most in the NOX 2025 padel rackets are: the EOS FLAP, perforations in the heart area to improve manageability; the SMART STRAP system, to change the string; or the CUSTOM GRIP, to improve grip.

All the rackets of the NOX 2025 collection

AT10 Genius 12K and AT Genius 18K Alum

One of the rackets that triumphs season after season in NOX and that returns in the 2025 collection with the same philosophy: to continue providing one of the best players in the world (if not the best) with a product at the height. As last year, there are two versions, the 12K and the 18K Alum.

Its main novelties are the combination of 3D rough with sandy and the octagonal cap. Their differences, however, remain the same. The 12K is a bit harder, with a bit more control at high speeds, while the 18K (the one that Tapia usually uses) has a higher ball output. They share the MLD Black EVA rubber.

They are teardrop-shaped rackets, with a medium balance, which makes them a very complete option. Manageable, good in defence, with great control and excellent power.

AT10 Genius Attack 12K and AT10 Genius Attack 18K Alum

They are like the AT10 Genius, but with a different philosophy. Instead of being teardrop-shaped, these are diamond-shaped, so they focus on power instead of being complete in all aspects. Last year there was already the Attack with 18K Alum carbon, but this time a 12K carbon model has also been launched.

The 12K is the hardest material, so this racket can perfectly be the most powerful NOX racket. Its high balance and its shape, together with the MLD Black EVA rubber and that material make it have an incredible ability to put power into every shot. The 18K is a bit softer, so it has more ball output, but less control and reactivity.

ML10 Quantum 3K

As we were saying, Miguel Lamperti continues to be one of NOX’s flagships and maintains his own line with a racket that comes loaded with new features. The Argentinian player has played all his life with the ML10 Pro Cup, but in recent years new features have been added to adapt it to the present.

The ML10 Quantum 3K is another of NOX's new additions to its 2025 padel rackets collection.

It is a model that has HR3 Color EVA rubber, 3K carbon and a mixture of sandy and 3D rough. It is a combination that offers a medium touch, ideal for any taste. In addition, its round shape makes it very manoeuvrable, although it also has a very good power.

In general, it is a very adaptable racket that you will feel very comfortable with right from the start.

LA10 Quantum 12K

Leo Augsburger is a star with a lot of future and a lot of present. Not in vain, he already has his own model. Considering the characteristics, it is a replacement for the ML10 Shotgun, which had many fans. Taking into account the characteristics of the Argentinian player, this racket has to be in tune.

12K carbon and HR3 Color EVA rubber for a medium feel and exceptional ball output. A model that focuses on power, thanks to its diamond shape and high balance, which maximize the weight at the tip and give more power to the ball. However, its technologies also make it very manoeuvrable.

It combines the comfort of the ML10 with the power of the AT10 Genius Attack. It doesn’t come with Leo’s backhand, but it does have the necessary features to emulate it.

TL10 Quantum 12K

Like Augsburger, Tino Libaak is one of the most promising players in the world. His offensive and defensive ability from the drive make him one of the great figures of professional padel. For this reason, he also presents his new model, which replaces the ML10 Bahia.

Like Leo’s, it has 12K carbon and HR3 rubber to have a medium touch ideal for all tastes. Although it doesn’t have the diamond shape of the LA10, nor the round shape of the ML10, it has a teardrop shape to get the best out of both. Powerful, adaptable, manageable and, above all, very complete.

VK10 Quantum 3K

The ‘Viking’ is one of the most special players on the circuit. She has a unique style of play, with a talent that is at the height of very few. To get those magical shots, she needs an agile and comfortable racket that allows her to feel good on the court.

This model is very similar to Miguel Lamperti’s, with 3K carbon, HR3 Color EVA rubber and round shape. It is very manageable, with great ball output and good power. From the baseline it is a delight, but it responds very well in every aspect of the game.

The VK10 Quantum 3K is one of the new rackets of the NOX 2025 collection.

The main difference is that its weight is lower, so it is even more manageable than the ML10, although losing a little power. An alternative for those who want to make fast and explosive movements without having to use a lot of force.

AT10 Pro Cup Hard y AT10 Pro Cup Comfort

Agustin Tapia’s mould is one of the most popular in the market. A shape that makes you fall in love, but not everyone wants to spend money on the top version or do not have enough level to get the most out of the advanced versions. NOX has come up with two models that are ideal for everyone, with great performance at a lower price.

They are missing some technology, such as the EOS Flap, but they keep some of the most important ones. It has fibreglass to offer a comfortable hit, these two versions differ in the rubber. While the Hard version uses EV50 (stiffer), the Comfort version uses HR3 Silver (softer). One is more reactive and the other prioritises ball exit.

The shape, materials and balance make it perfect for any player.

Equation y Equation Light W

Amateur players often want to go for the most exclusive and advanced models on the market thinking that they are going to be the best to improve. A fatal mistake that ends up with people disenchanted with their rackets. To avoid this there are the intermediate options, which offer great performance, but without being so technically demanding.

The Equation has been named as the best racket in this category by Testfakta. Its round shape, together with the 3K fibreglass and the HR3 rubber make it ideal for players who do not compete at a professional level. Manageability, ball output and comfort, so as not to penalise mistakes so much and to raise the level without getting frustrated.

The main difference between them is the weight. While the Equation ranges from 360g to 375g, the Light W is between 350g and 365g. Depending on your taste in handling, one option or the other will be better.

Upcoming launches

In addition, we already know some of the upcoming releases that are coming soon. Models with unique features designed to ensure that no player is left without their ideal racket.

For example, the Future, which returns in 2025 with three rackets. One in the shape of a diamond and 18K aluminised carbon, another hybrid with 18K aluminised carbon and another round with 12K aluminised carbon. The NextGen also arrives, which will have 3k carbon, HR3 rubber and two models: one diamond-shaped and one teardrop-shaped.

The ML10 also returns, as it could not be otherwise. A classic that always performs and that will bring the same characteristics as always with three alternatives. The ‘all-time’, the Silver (stiffer) and another with sandy rough on the faces.

For those of more intermediate level or initiation, there are not only the Equation, but the X-ONE will be presented, with a large sweet spot and excellent handling. There will be a normal and a light version.

Finally, the junior model and the ultra-light AT10 Genius of Agustín Tapia, so that no one is left without the racket of his idol.
