Take part in the giveaway for 3 rackets from the new HEAD LIMITED series!

We are in luck! In collaboration with HEAD Padel and Team HEAD Spain we are going to make a giveaway nothing more and nothing less than 3 rackets of the new LIMITED series. Each winner can choose the model you want (one only) within the three that appear in the image: Extreme Motion LTD Paula Josemaría, Extreme Pro LTD Arturo Coello or Speed Motion LTD Ari Sánchez. If you want to start November with force and opt to win a HEAD racket, follow the following steps to participate:

To participate you need to perform the following actions on at least one of the Instagram posts we will publish:

• Follow @head_padel, @teamhead_spain and @padeladdict.
• Mention at least one friend in the comments of the publication.

The giveaway will be valid from November 4th 19:30 h to November 11th 23:59 h, both inclusive. We will announce the winners on 12 November 2024, in Stories and in this same publication.

NOTE: At no time will any registration of personal data or payment method be requested in order to participate. If any profile contacts us asking for this, please report it on Instagram and block the user. In case of winning, we will contact you via private message and ask you for the necessary information to send you the prize.

Legal terms and conditions of the giveaway

CLAUSE 1.- ORGANISER

Padel Addict is organising a free giveaway on the dates indicated below in accordance with the terms and conditions described in these terms and conditions.

HEAD does not act in any way as operator of this giveaway.

CLAUSE 2.- HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Between 4 November 19:00h and 11 November 23:59h, (both included), who wishes to participate in the giveaway of one of the 3 rackets of padel rackets HEAD LIMITED series you have to perform the following actions in our profile:

• Follow @head_padel, @teamhead_spain and @padeladdict.
• Mention at least one friend in the comments of the publication.
• Like this post.

This giveaway will be valid only for the Spanish territory; therefore, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are included.

CLAUSE 3.- PRIZES

The 3 winners of the giveaway will be able to choose the model of the new LIMITED series they want between Extreme Motion LTD Paula Josemaría, Extreme Pro LTD Arturo Coello or Speed Motion LTD Ari Sánchez.

CLAUSE 4.- GIVEAWAY

The Padel Addict team will choose the winners at random among all participants who meet the requirements, and will be announced on Instagram with your prior consent on the 12th of November 2024.

CLAUSE 5.- PRIZE-GIVING

The winners will be informed privately and will be communicated, with the prior consent of the winners, by means of a publication on our Instagram account.

The delivery of the rackets will be carried out by HEAD Padel once the giveaway is over.

In the event that it is not possible to locate the winner within 5 days, or the prize is expressly refused for any reason, Padel Addict will choose a new winner at random.

Once contacted, the winner will receive instructions on how to proceed.

If the prize cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the winner (or reserves) within 30 days of the publication of the winner (and reserve if applicable), the prize will be declared void.

CLAUSE 6.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal information provided will only be used for the purpose of this giveaway.

CLAUSE 7.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. The mere fact of participating in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Padel Addict reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the giveaway, partially or totally at any time. Padel Addict also reserves the right to cancel the draw or leave the prize void in the event of any irregularity being detected. Once any modification has been made, it will be duly communicated to the participants on the Padel Addict website and on Instagram.
3. Padel Addict reserves the right to exclude from participation in the giveaway all participants who, in its opinion, are in breach of any of the conditions of participation included in these terms and conditions.
4. Any abusive or fraudulent use of these rules will result in the consequent disqualification of the participant from the promotion.
5. Padel Addict is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that would prevent their identification.

You voluntarily provide your personal data through this form, only authorising Padel Addict to process or incorporate the data submitted into a file owned by Padel Addict.
