Reserve Cup returns to Miami next week and it will expand to 3 cities

The Reserve Cup, one of padel’s most prestigious competitions, returns in 2025 with an expanded and ambitious format. Under the leadership of Wayne Boich, founder and CEO of Reserve Padel, the tournament is transformed into the Reserve Cup Series, which will span three major cities and three weeks of intense competition.

When will the Reserve Cup be played in Miami?

The first stop will be in Miami, January 23-25, 2025, at the iconic Reserve Miami Seaplane.

The event will feature the 16 best padel players in the world, including names such as Agustin Tapia, Arturo Coello, Alejandro Galan, Fede Chingotto, Juan Lebron, Miguel Yanguas, Paquito Navarro and other top players. All of them will compete in teams led by star captains, who will be announced soon.

Key tournament features

Record prize money

More than $1.7 million will be up for grabs, cementing it as the largest cash prize in padel history.

Exclusive experiences

In addition to the matches, attendees will enjoy private parties, live entertainment and a luxury gastronomic offer led by Major Food Group. It will also include collaborations with brands such as Jimmy Butler’s Big Face Coffee and Spicy Hospitality.

Technological innovations

Motorola will be the official sponsor of the event in Miami, with its Motorola Razr+ model as the official device to capture tournament highlights.

Competitive format

Players will participate in three tournaments throughout the year, with a ranking system that will evaluate their performance in each event.

Thus, the champion players of each tournament will score 25 points, matches won will score 15 points per player and in addition games won or lost during each match will also count: players will score 1 point for each game won and lose 1 point for each game lost.

The event also stands out for its ability to integrate luxury and sporting passion, attracting well-known personalities and taking padel to a new global dimension. After the Miami leg, the next host city will be revealed, with the promise to continue to deliver an unforgettable experience for players and spectators alike.
