Empower your control and take control with the new HEAD GRAVITY padel racquet series, designed for modern players looking to dominate every shot, every point and every court. An enormous sweetspot and round-shaped mold provide extra forgiveness, while the innovative Auxetic 2.0 technology delivers sensational touch and feel.
Daniel Picot, Product Manager Padel Racquets at HEAD, explains the whole design and production process of the new GRAVITY series: “It was a long and challenging development process to achieve this great upgrade for the GRAVITY series, adapting to the fast and modern padel game. The new fresh design, improved construction reducing both the weight and balance, as well as the latest technologies included, show a great improvement in our round-shaped mold range.”
In essence, this series of four racquets are crafted for all types of players looking for an easy-to-maneuver racquet which will allow them to build up the points while controlling the game. Below, we have provided detailed information about each model:
Enjoy a fresh and a modern design with the GRAVITY PRO –recommended by Edu Alonso and Daniel Windahl–, which is ideal for tournament players who want to dominate every shot. The new Auxetic 2.0 technology enhances the feel and connection to the ball while the racquet is also now lighter and has a lower balance for extra maneuverability and control.
As part of the upgrade, the GRAVITY PRO has a new Spin Surface technology for extra ball grip and spin as well as the Soft Butt Cap technology for comfortable grip and vibration dampening. While the round shape and the Control Foam enhance the sweetspot and control, the hybrid woven hitting surface improves accuracy and touch.
With a lower balance than the previous version, the upgraded GRAVITY MOTION is even easier to maneuver and offers even more control. Lighter than the GRAVITY PRO, it also includes Auxetic 2.0 technology that enhances the feel and connection to the ball. With a round shape and Control Foam enhancing the sweetspot, the new Spin Surface technology offers extra ball grip and spin while the Soft Butt Cap technology provides a comfortable grip and vibration dampening.
In addition, the fiberglass hitting surface provides a soft touch and easy ball output. Made for advanced and tournament players looking to control the game, the GRAVITY MOTION is recommended by Marina Guinart and Andrea Ustero.
A perfect blend of comfort and control, the GRAVITY TEAM has been refreshed with Auxetic 2.0 technology which enhances your feel and connection to the ball. Designed for intermediate players who are looking to control the game, this racquet offers a new lighter construction with a lower balance than the previous version, which boosts maneuverability and control, and a fiberglass hitting surface giving more comfort and soft touch feeling. While the Soft Butt Cap technology delivers comfortable grip and vibration dampening, the round shape and Control Foam enhance a larger sweetspot
Weighing just 340 grams, the GRAVITY TEAM LIGHT is the lightest model in the GRAVITY range, and one of the lightest padel racquets. This makes it is comfortable and easy to play with, making it ideal for casual and intermediate players who are looking to control the game. The Graphene 360+ technology improves the flex and feel while the Control Foam and round shape enhance the sweetspot as well as the fiberglass hitting surface provides extra comfort and easy ball output.
Easy to maneuver, with a great design update and a new construction supporting control as well the innovative Auxetic 2.0 technology, the new GRAVITY Padel racquet series are already available at selected stores and online at head.com.
